External Purchasing
Utah County's Procurement function is largely decentralized. Lower dollar purchases are handled independently by the individual County divisions. Purchases requiring a formal solicitation (RFP or ITB) are handled through the County's Purchasing Division. For information or assistance, contact the Purchasing Division at purchasing@utahcounty.gov.
Procurement PoliciesDoing Business with the County
Utah County engages in competitive processes wherever practical. Potential vendors can register with the County so that the County can be aware of potential vendors for goods and services. Vendors are strongly encouraged to register with U3P (and Bonfire) and GovQuote, which will enable them to automatically receive notifications of County solicitations.

Bids/RFPs & Tabulations
Utah County uses the Bonfire eProcurement platform to publish Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Bid (ITBs). Results are posted to Bonfire, but the County also posts bid tabulations on this website to make them available to the public.
To obtain more detailed information about RFP and bid submissions, interested parties must submit a Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) request through the County Attorney's Office.
