External Purchasing
Utah County's Procurement function is largely decentralized. Lower dollar purchases are handled independently by the individual County divisions. Purchases requiring a formal solicitation (RFP or ITB) are handled through the County's Purchasing Division. For information or assistance, contact the Purchasing Division at purchasing@utahcounty.gov.
